| Waivers will be in play for this league. The criteria will be age, and skill
Any player up to and including age 24 are able to be travel from NHL to AHL and back without waivers, regardless of salary, provided they do not exceed the performance limitation, as set forth below
Any player from the ages of 25 + will be eligible to be waived, provided they do not exceed the performance limits set forth below.
They will have to be declared as waived, and a 48 hour window from this declaration (a post on the forum) must pass before they can join your AHL team. They are subject to claim by all 19 other teams (a waiver order will be posted)
Skaters with an overall rating of 66 and higher are ineligible for the minors, regardless of age.
Goaltenders with an overall of 70 and higher are also ineligible for the minors, regardless of age.
*Any player can be placed on waivers, in the hopes another team picks them up, however if the do not meet the requirements above, they will not be sent down.

| Ammendment #1 Oct.27th
Overall restrictions:
Skaters 66 and Under are AHL eligible (this was a typo on my behalf.)
Goalies 74 and under are AHL eligible (thought I updated this during dispersal)
Sorry if this messes with your roster plans.
