Added the final 2 GM's

so we've filled the last two GM slots

Xzel (taking over League Run #2)
and
kmr_ratty

Because League run #1 has already picked, KMR elected to take my draft spot so he can draft his own choice and I'll take the Bruins.

In the interest of fairness, if another GM would prefer the Bruins pm me and ill surrender them to you, and i'll take whatever pick/slot you are.

If everyone is fine with it, I'll remain the Bruins.

I ultimately don't care, so I'll leave it in your hands GM's
