| Portal should be finished today - atleast the operational aspects we need to advance into a brief preseason.
I apologize for the slight delay, as we hit so unexpected errors.
I have made one change to the rules at the moment:
AHL eligible Goalie ratings has changed from 70 to 74ovr.
So any goalie 74ovr and below is now AHL eligible.
Tonight I'll make a post about the remaining UFA's, Out-of-sim prospects and a few more odds and ends.

| I apoligize for the delay, we are currently working to resolve two major portal issues - One is the ability for you to download the client file.
This webportal software is a mess since he made it free-to-use. | |

| Portal will be up within 48 hours
Once the portal is up everyone will have 24 hours to submit lines, and we will do an expedited pre-season and get this bad boy rolling. | |

| Finally the portal is up and running.
To log in to the portal use your team name for both login and password:
Example: Bruins:Bruins
Free Agency is officially open and you can make offers to any amount of UFAs.
To make an offer to a player, download the client file from the portal and make all your offers via the Simont Client program, then upload the saved file.
For the the first wave of signings, we will have a 48 Hour window to make your offers.
The first wave of offers will actually be posted friday at Noon est., then everyday at noon.

Tabarnak - if you need someone to do your lines until you guys figure it out, please advise. My UFA bids for tomorrow are done and if you email me your's, then we can get those done as well. | |
