In an effort to avoid a flood of posts with teams signing the various left over out of sim prospects from the dispersed teams, we have two options.
a) We can do OOS dispersal draft - 3 rounds
b) Allow remaining OOS to be a part of our first draft class with the 2014 draft picks
c)i can use random.org and randomly assign the prospects to teams.
